Order Cancellation |
All sales are final. Once a purchase order & payment in full is confirmed, the order cannot be cancelled. Thank you for your kind understanding in advance. Order cancellation can only be accepted in the case where an item is not posted within the time frame we promised and you decide that you no longer want to wait for it.

Return & Exchange |
We are confident of the products we sell. At EZ Shop & Design, we want you to be happy with your purchase. Therefore, please feel free to ask any questions prior to placing your order.
However, you may return items shipped by EZ Shop & Design (we will not accept the return/exchange that purchased by other places) for a refund or exchange (postage not included, sale receipt needed), subject to the following condition:

Items should be in new condition with original packaging, unused, unopened and all tags are attached as we shipped.

Once the box opened, even it reminded unuse, we will charge you 25% restocking fee, used item will not allow for returning or exchanging. All custom made items will not allow for returning or exchanging.

You should return the item to us within 7 days of receiving the product.

We'll also provide free return shipping if your return is the result of our error. In other cases, a return postage fee will be at your expense.

Deficient order, Received Wrong or Damaged item(s) |

In the case of receiving deficient order, please contact us within 48 hours via email. We will contact you as soon as possible, and will send you the product (if the item is in stock) immediately with no postage charge.

| Wrong Item(s): |
If we made a mistake in sending you an item that is not what you ordered or you have received faulty items, we do sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours via email. We will send you the right product or replacement immediately if you send back the wrong or faulty items within 3 days.

| Damaged item(s) during delivery: |
We are not respondable for any damaged during delivery. If you would like to add insurance on it, please contact us before we shipped.

How to Return |
In the case of receiving wrong, faulty items, we'll send you the replacement freight free if the item is in stock. You will need to return the product to us so that we can assess it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will email you a form, which you'll need to fill out and send it back to us along with the returned item. Please send the returned product with registered post. Don't forget to ask for receipt for the postage. Please email us the receipt copy, we will give you a coupon equals to value of the postage cost.
For wrongly sent items, please keep the returned items unboxed or unused with tags and attachments. The address to send the returned product is:
