• How do I report spam and violation?
   

  EZ2Fashion Plaza web site is a zero tolerance Spam and violation. Please contact us immediately if you found any Spam or violation. Also, provide the evidence that you think it could help us to investigate.

• If I have question that I can't find the answer, what should I do?
   

  We always suggest you check the "Help Center (FAQs) " and "Customer Services " sections first. If you still can't find the answer, please contact us by using on-line "Contact Us " form. We will do our best and will get back to you as soon as we can. But, please allow us at least 24 to 72 hours to response.

• Is there any fee for being a member of EZ2Fashion Plaza?
   

  For providing better services and protecting our members and customers, there is a certain membership fee apply while registering. You have choices between half year and one year membership. You may also renewal your membership any time you want.

• Is there any hidden fee rather than membership fee?
   

  We do not charge any other fee for selling or purchasing from members and users, except membership fee and Biz Info Card entry fee.

• Who can post messages on Shopping Forum?
   

  Only registered members have the right to post messages. Pubic users can read, but do not have write access.

Technical Questions

• Can I extend my membership?
   

  

  Yes, you can extend your membership any time. Log in your account and click the "Your Subscription" under User Menu. You can upgrade your membership by selecting the plan you would like to extend. Pay the extending membership fee by Paypal.

• Do I need to pay for updating Biz Info Card?
   

  It depends. If you updated the pay field(s), then you need to pay the not for free field(s). If not, you don't need to pay, or if the updated field(s) has already paid for the first time submitting, then you don't need to pay, either.

• Do you accept other payament than Paypal for membership fee?
   

  No. Currently, we only accept Paypal as membership fee payment method.

• How do I add Biz Info Card?
   

  Please read terms of use and policy before adding (submitting) your Biz Info Card. There is a certain fee for submitting, please check the price list on Biz Info Card section.

  Log in your account and click "Add Entry" under Biz Card Info menu. Fill in the form, some of the fields are not for free, if you don't want to add them now, just leave them blanks. You may update your Biz Info Card or adding the not for free fields later.

  We have to receive your full payment to active your Biz Info Card, please click on the Paypal link at the last step of submitting. After updating the not for free field(s), please also pay the reminding balance in 3 days.

• How do I canel my membership?
   

  You may cancel your membership anytime, but the membership fee that you have already paid is not refundable. Please contact us and provide your user name and email address, we will delete your account.

• How do I connect with other registered members?
   

  Log in your account, find the member that you would like to connect from "Member List" under "User Menu". Select the connect from upper profile menu, then wait for approval connection from the member you chose. After receiving the approval connection, you may mange the connection under your profile.

• How do I register?
   

  Click on the "Register" link, then select the plan, half year or one year membership, you want. Fill out the registration form and then pay the membership fee by Paypal. Your account will be actived after we received your full payment.

  If you forgot or lost your password, click on the "Lost Password?" link, you will receive a new password to log in. Change the temporary password immediately after successful log in and keep your own new password in save place.

• I have alread paid in full for the Biz Info. card, but I can't find it anywhere, what should I do?
   

  Please contact us immediately and provide the invoice or payment receipt. We will check it for you.

  • If you have not paid in full, please pay the reminding balance first.
  • Your account may be under investigation, please read our terms of use and policy, if you have any questions, please contact us immediately.
  • If you lost your password, please click on the "Lost Password?" link under login form and get a new password to log in.
  • If you are none of the above and have problem to log in, please contact us and let us know what's the problem. Please provide your user name and email address.

• Why can't I see my Biz Info Card anywhere after submitting or updating?
   

  Make sure you have already paid in full, otherwise your Biz Info Card won't active until we receive your payment by Paypal.

How To Sell

• Can customers leave comments and rating for me?
   

  Yes. You have to log in your account and turn on the option under your profile.

• Do you allow HTML code on ads description?
   

  No, currently we do not allow any HTML code on ads description. We do not allow any web address on ads description, either. Any violation ads will be deleted immediately without notice.

• How can I promote my web site?
   

  You may add your personal or business web site on Biz Info Card section. Please read the terms of use and policy and you have to agree them before adding an entry. Also, check the price list on Biz Info Card main page. There will be some certain fee that you need to pay.

  *Note: Any violation information will be delete immediately without notice and the payment is not refundable.

• How do I get pay by Paypal?
   

  If you would like to accept Paypal as your payment method, you need to go to Paypal web site to apply an account first. Tell your customers what payment methods that you accept under your profile or in your ads.

  *Note: All the transactions are between sellers and buyers. EZ2Fashion Plaza do not collect any payment for sellers.

• How do I tell people that what kind of payment methods I accept?
   

  Modify your user profile under user menu, check all payment methods that you will accept and save the profile. You may also modify the delivery methods, shipping and your own policy at profile.

  
  

  While submitting an individual ad, you may also check all the payment methods if you want for each ad.

• What am I not allowed to sell?
   

  Here's a list of some of the types of items that generally are not allowed on EZ2Fashion Plaza Ads. We've provided a few illustrative examples and suggested URLs where you may be able to do further research about the specific item that you're interested in selling. Please refer to the EZ2Fashion Plaza Ads Guidelines for our complete policy.

• What if I did not receive payment but the order has already shipped?
   

  We suggest all the sellers that set your own rules and policy under your profile before submitting any ads. Make sure the shopper agree with your policy, then make deals with them. Also, collect the correct contact and payment information before ship the order.

How To Buy

• How do I buy if I found something interesting?
   

  You will find the "Email" link inside the ad and contact the seller directly by clicking the "Email" link. Fill in the on-line email form and the seller will contact you to make deal.

  We will suggest you to check seller's profile and read his/her policy before make any deals. Also, check the seller's payment/delivery methods with seller.

  *Note: EZ2Fashion Plaza only provides the services for sellers to submit their ads and we do not collect payments for sellers, except our sponsors, all transactions were made between sellers and buyers.

• How do I leave comments and rating to seller?
   

  Click on the user name of the ad, under seller's profile you will find the "Sing Profile Book". Fill in the form and seller will receive your comments. Please be polite and respect, do not use impropriety words.

• When do I need to pay after making a deal with seller?
   

  We always suggest all shoppers check seller's profile, payment/shipping methods and policy before making any deals. Ask the seller about the payment policy, and if both of you are agree the deal, then follow the rules.

  *Note: We are zero tolerance of any falsity and crime that happened in our web site. If you think the seller has any violation or spam, please contact us immediately and provide the evidence that will help us to investigate. The seller's account will be blocked until it's all clear. Sellers, please be honest to our shoppers and enjoy the benefits.
